Strong budget management and procurement skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience with Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and CMMS
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proven leadership and management experience.
A degree in a technical or related field (e.g., engineering, facilities management) is often preferred.
Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
