Technicians will use our proprietary T3 platform to manage work orders, monitor service intervals, order parts and diagnose equipment issues across a diverse fleet of heavy machinery and aerial lifts. The position blends independent judgment with hands‑on repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems.
- Create, assign, and monitor work orders using the T3 platform.
- Track machine service intervals and order needed parts.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on diverse heavy equipment using data from numerous makes and models.
- Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
- Follow OSHA‑compliant safety practices while repairing equipment.
- Document all work performed electronically and on paper in a timely manner.
- Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery.
- Train and mentor lower‑level technicians as needed.
- Travel to customer job sites for on‑site repairs, maintaining a clean service vehicle.
- Participate in year‑round OEM training and other assigned duties.
- Meet safety‑sensitive requirements, including drug screening and clean‑shaven policy for certain sites.

- Own required tools and possess advanced mechanical aptitude.
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams.

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
