  • Voir au développement pour la direction Caractérisation et Réhabilitation environnementale des marchés Canadiens (Québec, Nord-du-Québec, Ontario, Labrador, provinces de l’Est) et en fixant avec la Directrice des objectifs d’obtention de mandats/année;
  • Prendre en charge certaines ententes-cadres de plus grosse envergure dans l’ensemble des régions;
  • Évaluer l'applicabilité des différentes technologies et solutions de réhabilitation proposée;
  • Cadre de travail et projets stimulants.
  • Assister la Directrice dans l’encadrement technique des équipes au niveau des standards, des normes et des méthodes;
  • Assumer des directions de projet, charges de projet et/ou du support technique dans son domaine d’expertise;

  • Posséder un permis de conduire et avoir accès à une voiture.

  • Conseiller la Directrice de service dans les actions correctives nécessaires pour résoudre les plaintes clients relevés tout en respectant les délais établis et vérifie la mise en œuvre et l’efficacité des solutions dans son domaine d’expertise;
  • Certification EESA (Atout)
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office ;
  • Être membre de l’OIQ et posséder son Sceau d’ingénieur depuis au moins 10 ans;
  • Expérience en développement des affaires;
  • Flexibilité d’horaire ;
  • Baccalauréat en génie civil, géologique, minier ou autre domaine pertinent;
  • Participer à la formation de la relève dans son domaine d’expertise;
  • Excellente connaissance du français (parlé et écrit);
  • Expérience minimum de 10 ans dans le domaine de la caractérisation;
  • Être responsable de la réussite des mandats qui lui sont confiés, de l’étape de la planification à la facturation;
  • Agir à titre de professionnel senior dans différents projets et aux rencontres avec les clients majeurs ainsi qu’avec les différentes équipes internes, dans un contexte de projets uni disciplinaires et multidisciplinaires;
  • Agir en tant que pair réviseur pour les dossiers en cours de la direction Caractérisation et Réhabilitation environnementale qui seront confiés par la Directrice;
  • Participer et collaborer aux appels de propositions techniques et financières et prendre charge ceux confiés par la Directrice.
  • Compte de gestion des dépenses santé ;
  • Fournir son expertise dans l’établissement et la mise en œuvre, lorsque nécessaire, de procédures spécifiques et d’instructions de travail dans son domaine d’expertise;
