The selected candidate will lead projects from concept through construction, overseeing documentation and coordination across all phases. This is a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative and socially conscious design environment at a mission-driven, women-owned studio committed to inclusion and community impact.

- Team leadership and consultant coordination experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools such as Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or Rhino
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7–10 years of relevant architectural experience
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Prior experience with transit or infrastructure projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and administration
