In this role you will deliver housing management services, helping tenants manage their tenancy and rent accounts, processing housing benefit claims, and ensuring rent is correctly allocated. You will also work to quickly turn vacant units around, maintain maximum occupancy, and uphold health‑and‑safety standards.
The ideal candidate has experience in tenancy and housing support, including managing voids, conducting daily property inspections, and performing health‑and‑safety checks. You must be confident enforcing tenancy conditions, collecting rent and service charges, and using technology to create support plans and submit benefit claims. An Enhanced DBS check is required and will be funded by the employer.
The Housing Management Coordinator role is a permanent, full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) based in Scarborough, offering a starting salary of £25,838 to £26,645 per annum. A Certificate of Sponsorship is not available for this role.
You will join the extra‑care Community Wellbeing scheme at Webb Ellis Court, a beautiful development in Scalby that supports people aged 55+ to live independently.
