Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including tendering and contract negotiations.
Provide technical training to clients, distributors, and internal teams when required.
Ensure after-sales support and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to provide technical input on specifications, drawings, and compliance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to position products competitively.
Support consultants with submittals, approvals, and compliance documentation.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients and consultants on raised access flooring solutions.
Support in resolving technical issues on-site related to raised access flooring installation.
