Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Retargeting: Develop and implement effective retargeting strategies to re-engage users and increase conversions.
Stay Updated: Keep up with platform updates, new advertising features, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
Ad Creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that align with the campaign objectives.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports.
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create high-performing campaigns that drive conversions and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Basic knowledge of SEO and its integration with paid campaigns. Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Experience in creating and managing remarketing campaigns.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Familiarity with landing page optimization tools like Unbounce or Instapage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
