- Perform statutory works on time, ensuring compliance
- Support zero carbon initiatives, contributing to sustainability goals
- Repair mains water supply and addressing life-expired equipment
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are met across the contract
- Monitor the BMS System to ensure optimal performance
- Handle additional tasks as directed by your line manager, including working at height and in various weather conditions
- Inspect, sample water, and assess risks to maintain system integrity
- Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance, including fault finding and repairs
