Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer and vendor issues related to orders, complaints, and product opportunities.

Ensure all administrative, operational, and returns processes are executed efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.

High School diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
