Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways
Play a leading role in developing the growth of nuclear sovereign skills in Australia, working closely with other members of our Global nuclear practice (inclusive of upskilling).
Lead and support technical and quality assurance activities relating to the design and safety analysis of nuclear infrastructure
Foster collaboration across internal project teams and delivery partners
Deliver complex project scopes on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards in a heavily regulated Defence / Nuclear environment.

Current AU security clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
Have an understanding of nuclear safety cases and/or a heavily regulated industry (e.g Oil and Gas, Rail or Pharmaceuticals).
8+ years of experience leading Defence and Nuclear project delivery in the fields of building services, civil or maritime.
Chartered Engineer or Project Manager (preferred but not essential)
Ability to demonstrate successful delivery of major infrastructure programmes throughout the whole project lifecycle (Master planning through design and construction to handover)
Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines
Experience in civil or naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas or Rail (applicants from other high-hazard industries will be considered)
