In this role, you will be responsible for the design of projects and ensure coordination and collaboration of design vision and strategy for the Healthcare Division. You will establish and develop the strategy, presentation, and implementation of the design vision for healthcare projects and pursuits. Design visualization, technology, and presentation will be directed by the Healthcare Design Director and supported by the Design Team.

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.

- Demonstratable computer modeling rendering experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Holds an active architectural license
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university
- 10 years of progressive experience in a design discipline leading to 5 years as an independent lead designer and culminating with at least 3 years successfully performing design management and coordination activities in assistance to a design project manager
- Healthcare design experience is required
