Develop and deliver training across the programme as required.
Work with project teams to deliver best practices in protecting and enhancing ecology.
Support work winning through bid support, innovation, client liaison, and external profile-raising of Mace/Mace services.
Perform GIS mapping.
Advise clients on delivering their strategic ecology priorities, including writing policies and developing portfolio/estate-wide strategies.
Participate in early design layout workshops, applying mitigation hierarchy principles.
