- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and procedures.
- Assist in closing out old purchase orders and production orders in ERP system.
- Assist or cover for the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator as needed.
- Reconcile production orders and ensure corrections are made to consumption data when necessary.
- Perform cycle counting and reconciliation processes.
- Oversee bundling and weighing of scrap.
- Audit warehouse receipts for accuracy.
- Manage scrapping transactions in ERP system.
- Review BOMs and other master data for accuracy; work with process owners to make corrections.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create reports, hold regular meetings, determine disposition, and ensure inventory adjustments are made when approved.
- Serve as a backup for other members of the Supply Chain team.
- Assist in identifying proper warehouse storage locations in ERP system.
- Direct where material handlers place incoming material in the warehouse.
- Oversee aged and obsolete inventory management.
- Work across departments to maintain warehouse organization and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the number of SKUs in ERP system.
- Coordinate inventory management efforts across all company storage facilities.
- Perform weekly cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse locations.
- Coordinate physical inventories with stakeholders (two times per year).
- Provide additional operational support for new company growth.
- Analyze and report data, identifying patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to make inventory adjustments in ERP system.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong PC skills, including spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing applications.
- Sedentary Work: Exerting up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Visual Acuity: Preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- 3–5 years of materials management or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Technical knowledge of Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
- Experience utilizing an ERP system in a manufacturing environment (Oracle experience a plus).
- Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, sometimes for long distances.
- Working knowledge of purchasing, scheduling, and logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical and data analysis skills.
- Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods.
- Talking/Hearing: Communicating effectively to convey detailed or important spoken instructions.
