  • Collaborate with internal auditors to conduct SAP security audits and address findings.
  • Ensure SAP systems comply with industry regulations (such as SOX) and internal policies, supporting audit processes and performing regular security audits.
  • Working with SAP Functional/Technical team, Business Process Specialists, and Business users. You will deliver Information Systems solutions/services, as well as for change requests and releases
  • Work within the SAP Security team to deliver common objectives
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for security configurations, policies, procedures, and audit findings.
  • Solutioning various ABB business and technical projects to support decisions regarding IS solutions specifically for SAP User Access Management.
  • Design, implement, and manage user roles and authorizations using tools like PFCG, ensuring appropriate access levels for users and adherence to SoD principles.

  • Strong understanding and experience in managing and resolving Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
  • Expertise in SAP's authorization concepts, user management, and roles.
  • A collaborative, solution- and customer-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as GRC and/or SAP Security configuration or related field working with SAP Solutions.
  • Adequate knowledge of Internal Control, SOX, and Compliance processes.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP Security concepts and GRC Access Controls.
  • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing roles and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple demands on your time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with limited supervision.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, business information systems or related field.
