Investigating accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace.
Maintaining current knowledge of specific government agency requirements.
May act as a lead role for a team of Safety Managers.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-employer worksite.
2-3 years of experience managing team of safety professionals.
Experience with follow-up and monitoring of work to ensure quality standards and attention to detail.
OSHA 500 certification.
Exhibiting knowledge and applying the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of health and safety. Determining and developing approaches to solutions.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Safety Manager for commercial a General Contractor on fast-paced, high-rise construction projects.
Knowledge and familiarity with Construction processes, practices, and procedures.
Proven ability to adapt behavior or work methods in response to new information or conditions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or in Occupational Safety and Health is preferred.
Ability to travel between multiple projects spanning our Southern California region (Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County).
