- Receive and validate purchase orders in the warehouse management system.
- Process outbound inventory transactions and allocate charges to requesting departments.
- Update cost transfer transactions between production kitchens, restaurants, and other departments.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory counts across the property.
- Manually verify product quantities before departmental deliveries.
- Complete routine clerical tasks such as filing invoices and maintaining records.
- Promptly report inventory problems or discrepancies to management.
- Analyze large data sets and compile detailed reports.
