We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead recruiting for our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This role is critical to ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent in one of our most strategic markets, Bangalore, India, to drive business outcomes. The TA Manager will act as a trusted partner to our India leadership team, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and build a scalable recruiting function to support our growth. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition located in our U.S. corporate headquarters.
Knowledge of India hiring practices, talent market dynamics, and compliance.
10+ years of progressive recruiting experience post MBA, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of applicant tracking systems and related analysis/reporting.
Experience hiring across multiple functions (technology, corporate, and niche roles) with a multinational company.
Experience managing vendors and external partners.
Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and multinational environment.
Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or related field from a top-tier Indian university.
