- Executes planned maintenance, repairs, and modifications encompassing painting, patching, fixture installations, caulking, carpentry, and more within the facility
- Responds to Facility Service Work Orders from building occupants. Requests may include lighting, and electrical service calls. Diagnoses building management/energy management systems for faults and errors.
- Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests.
- Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment, and keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
- Works on and completes all facility team-based goals.
- Completes all required paperwork timely and accurately. Takes readings from nominal equipment and makes timely entry into appropriate logs.

- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Journeyman electrical license is a plus
- Technical degree in a related field is preferred
- Collaborates with fellow technicians to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems. Proficiently interprets blueprints and schematic drawings to ensure accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
