Lead the design and roll-out of strategic sourcing frameworks tailored to Qiddiya's asset classes (hospitality, entertainment, retail, infrastructure, etc.)
Act as the strategic procurement customer for Qiddiya, consolidating demand across all business units and aligning requirements with Central Procurement
Establish frameworks for supplier prequalification, onboarding, and performance monitoring in collaboration with Central Procurement
Provide market intelligence and supplier risk analysis to business units, supporting procurement strategy decisions
Oversee the planning and execution of targeted international roadshows and supplier engagement initiatives to attract global partners, expand procurement options, and uplift local supplier capabilities
Serve as Qiddiya's key interface with Tier 1 suppliers and contractors, ensuring long-term partnerships and early market engagement
Mentor and oversee the work of Partnerships Analysts within the SDU, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Identify, evaluate, and recommend high-potential suppliers and contractors across critical categories (e.g., modular construction, structural steel, facades, specialist contractors)
Partner with external industry associations and government entities to align with national supply chain localization initiatives and Vision 2030 priorities
Coordinate closely with Central Procurement to implement transparent, compliant, and efficient procurement processes that meet PIF/Qiddiya standards
Support the Strategic Delivery Unit - Delivery Partnerships Lead in reporting on supplier engagement and procurement strategy outcomes to senior leadership
Develop and execute a supply chain strategy that enhances resilience, ensures security of supply, and supports the delivery of Qiddiya's complex portfolio

Degree: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Experience: 15-20 years in procurement, supply chain, or partnerships roles, with at least 7-10 years in leadership positions across large-scale developments or multinational organizations
Training in supplier relationship management, category management, or strategic sourcing desirable
Skills: Strong expertise in strategic procurement and supply chain resilience; proven track record in international supplier engagement; excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills
