Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Excel data analysis, experience leading small IT projects or sub‑teams, strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with remote project teams.
Preferred qualifications include the ability to translate customer business needs into requirements, applying technical expertise to plan, design, build, or support products and processes, and mentoring team members. Additional expectations may involve managing budgets and relationships with outsourcing partners.
