Oversee travel arrangements, partnering with Finance to ensure efficiency and value for money.
Champion team engagement by managing the bi-annual team social process and supporting the People Team in launching a new recognition programme.
Partner with the Governance Manager to run the Risk Committee, preparing agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
Support the CEO and SLT with Board preparations, including meeting packs, agendas, and coordination with the ESB Company Secretary.
