The Inside Counter Sales Representative provides quotes and product information to customers and contractors both in person and over the phone, handling special orders and advanced pricing while maintaining high standards of customer service. This role acts as the liaison between clients and internal departments such as purchasing, design, and production, and is responsible for generating sales by gathering product needs and design specifications.
The position requires a high school diploma and 1‑2 years of experience in the building‑material industry, with extensive knowledge of products and applications. Candidates must be able to drive, walk throughout yards and offices, lift up to 25 pounds frequently (occasionally up to 80 pounds), and stand or walk for most of the day.
