Oversee the overall management of building systems, maintenance and repairs, grounds, etc.
Participate in investigations, and corrective action plans
Oversee emergency response contingency plans and activity implementation
May be responsible for backfilling Area Supervisor or other operational roles
Ensure that contractors meet applicable personnel and process safety, security, health, and environment (SSHE) requirements
Provide oversight of key performance indicators, including meter provings, equipment calibration, oil loss and 3rd party verification and witnessing
Ensure that activities are in compliance with applicable Coast Guard, DOT, DEQ, and OSHA regulations

5 yr experience working with process equipment transporting LPG chemicals such as Propylene, Butadiene, and NGLs
Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent safe work ethic
Possess a valid driver's license
5 yrs experience with pressurized storage of LPG chemicals
Ability to operate hand tools or other equipment to accomplish assigned tasks
5 yrs experience with loading/unloading pressurized rail cars, barges, vessels, and trucks
5 yr experience with process equipment including but not limited to pumps, valves, piping, tanks, vessels, rail loading/unloading facilities, industrial refrigeration units, and fire water systems
Ability to plan daily, weekly, monthly and yearly work activities in accordance with established Company and Regulatory procedures
Able to use Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Able to coordinating product movements with third-parties and inter-company departments
Able to read, understand, and update mechanical and electrical drawings
Willing and able to work in small team environments
Willing and able to work in various locations, both indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures
