Description

The Financial Controller will oversee the financial health of the organization, including preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires detailed analysis of financial data, providing key insights to support decision-making and growth, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Experience in specialty physician practice management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and trends
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Solid foundation in Finance and Accounting
