Familiarity with supporting the following HR systems:
Skilled in building ad-hoc and custom reports and dashboards in Workday, including use of calculated fields
Prior implementation experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Recruiting tools: preferred experience with Ashby
Strong verbal and written communication skills
