Interpret technical drawings, floorplans, and specifications to produce accurate network designs.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, layout drawings, and design packs.
Coordinate design work using Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and 3D model integration.
Design and layout structured cabling systems and network infrastructure for data centre builds and upgrades.
Support troubleshooting efforts and redesigns where network modifications are required.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and external contractors to ensure project success.
Stay up-to-date on data centre design trends, tools, and best practices.
Generate detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) from design specifications.
Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure feasibility and compliance with design requirements.

Construction Management or Construction Technology
Knowledge of structured cabling design, network planning, or data centre environments.
GIS experience is a plus.
Degree in one of the following or related fields:
Architectural Technology
Knowledge of BICSI standards and/or RCDD certification.
Familiarity with BIM/Revit, particularly producing LOD500 designs.
Understanding of M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) services in a data centre context.
