Role

Description

Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure plans are complete and accurate.
Monitor and implement updates to plans based on feedback, field conditions, and regulatory changes.
Support the development of new product lines and elevation designs.
Review and approve plan revisions, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and company specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for plan-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners.
Manage and maintain all architectural plans and construction documents for new home builds.
Coordinate with purchasing and estimating departments to ensure plans align with budgets and material requirements.
Maintain organized records of all plan versions and documentation.

The role interfaces with 3rd party architects, municipalities, and the field to introduce and modify floorplans. Office is north Springs so could be commutable from south Denver metro.
