We are looking for candidates working towards Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or an equivalent qualification, holding a degree in Quantity Surveying or comparable experience. The ideal professional demonstrates courteous conduct, strong teamwork, solid IT abilities and, where possible, familiarity with CAD/BIM measurement systems. Good literacy, numeracy, presentation skills and an understanding of health and safety requirements are also essential.
The role may require security clearance, with the vetting process conducted by United Kingdom Security Vetting and residency proof of five years in the UK if needed.
