- Process Excellence & Compliance Drive process improvements, automation, and digital tools (e.g., One SRM, SAP) for efficiency.
- Support documentation and reporting for audits, indicators, and project reviews.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in alignment with project needs.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve supply-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and operations to align sourcing strategies with project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines, compliance rules, and sustainability targets.
- Handle Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to Purchase Orders (POs) for mobility projects.
- Support total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis for sourcing decisions.
- Ensure procurement activities align with organizational policies, contractual terms, and legal guidelines.
- Leverage volume bundling, contracts, and competitive bidding to optimize costs.
- Monitor and track supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness).

- 3–7 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in Mobility, Infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of project procurement processes, commercial terms, and vendor management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in SAP / e-sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / supply chain / business administration or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple customers.
