- Own client-facing BESS engagements spanning project financials, interconnection, market rules, dispatch modeling, and revenue stacking, collaborating with senior leadership, and leading a growing team of analysts
- Lead analytical and strategic advisory work on energy storage participation in US wholesale power markets
- Work with leadership to shape the BESS practice's team, offerings, and client engagements as it continues to be a growing arm of the firm

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a capacity for increasing leadership responsibilities
- Proven technical skills in Excel, Python, R, and experience with battery storage dispatch and revenue modeling. Production cost modeling experience a plus.
- An interdisciplinary skillset across storage-specific and energy policy, market fundamentals, and technical modelling capabilities
- 3+ years of experience energy storage strategy, market rules, and policy
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in energy markets, working at or with IPPs/developers, utilities, and/or consultancies (with a strong preference for Eastern-US ISOs)
