Quality Lead

Description

The role involves managing the implementation and effectiveness of a quality management system to meet business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements. It engages with stakeholders to ensure compliance, supports risk‑based decision‑making and acts as a key enabler of change and business improvement.

• Deliver assigned elements of the annual business plan on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and facilitate external certification audits.
• Provide expertise to achieve new certifications as needed.
• Organise and facilitate internal audit programmes.
• Lead audits and produce audit reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis of non‑conformances and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and improve management system content.
• Identify and recommend new systems or processes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure timely, accurate information for quality reports.
• Produce communication articles, plans and collateral.
• Coordinate management review activities, analyse data and present recommendations.
• Advise on risk mitigation and management system effectiveness.
• Supply specialised expertise for business development initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Manage supply‑chain performance, supporting suppliers with training, guidance and QMS audits.
• Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, identifying and managing associated emissions.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Have relevant experience in the field.
