  • Liaise with internal departments such as Business Development, Owner Success, and Collections.
  • Assist with legal correspondence, including demand letters and breach notifications.
  • Manage legal systems and tools, including DocuSign, ContractSafe, and CreditSafe.
  • Maintain and organize the internal contract repository and ensure proper digital filing.
  • Handle Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings and monitor legal obligations across various business units.
  • Review, organize, and manage legal documents including contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and compliance filings.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for business partners and vendors.
  • Coordinate and submit required state filings, such as annual reports and business qualifications.

  • 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with UCC filings and contract management is highly desirable.
