Proven experience leading multi-disciplined teams across wide geographical areas.
Strong background in customer-facing services, with the ability to embed values and deliver excellent outcomes.
Experience in performance management systems and digital innovation.

Stonewater is seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager on an initial 6 month FTC, to lead our national service delivery in tackling damp, mould, and disrepair. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our customers live in safe, healthy homes while embedding our values across all operations.
