The role involves maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on both critical and non‑critical equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, generators, fire detection and suppression, life safety, temperature control, building management, and digital systems. Electrical duties include planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all electrical operations, maintenance, and energy‑management programs while ensuring compliance with change‑control procedures and MOP/SOP/ERP guidelines. The incumbent also schedules, develops, and assures quality for all preventive, contracted, and general maintenance activities, oversees work efforts—including third‑party contractors—and responds immediately to emergencies such as fire, evacuation, or equipment failure.
Qualifications include a high school diploma with 3‑5 years of electrical or mechanical critical‑facilities experience (or 7+ years as an HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician), with electrical/mechanical certifications preferred. Candidates must be able to work overtime and 12‑hour shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess basic computer skills such as MS Office.
