Assists with the implementation and development of audit tools and procedures.
Communicates regularly with landlords and their agents including phone calls, e-mails and written correspondence.
Receives landlords’ Property Service invoices, compares against lease documents, accounting reports and local centre-provided information.
Works closely with IWG Asset and Country Managers for solving particularly delicate disputes.
Performs property service charge invoice reviews and audits (also known as Lease Audits, CAM Audits, Real Estate Taxes and Operating Expense Audits) in various countries around the world
Documents errors and works to resolve directly with Landlord’s representatives.
Uses internal accounting systems and lease database to retrieve necessary documentation for audit.

Experience in auditing property service charge/operating expense reconciliations
Work experience in Lease Administration, Property Management, Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Property Accounting, Law, or other relevant experience working with real estate leases with the ability to interpret lease language
Proficiency in additional language will be considered beneficial
Bachelor’s degree
Attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical skills
Commercial Property/lease/auditing experience
Full Professional Proficiency in English + French would be a big advantage
Uses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on persuasiveness and negotiations to collect data/claims.
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
