The Associate Director of Digital Infrastructure Product Management and Agile Execution will design, launch and manage the Digital Infrastructure product model, beginning with Cloud, DevOps and Digital Workplace Services. The role requires building three‑way partnerships between CIO, Digital Platform and Digital Infrastructure teams, acting as the customer’s voice, and guiding agile adoption across the organization.
- Conceptualize, plan and operationalize the Digital Infrastructure product model for Cloud, DevOps and Digital Workplace Services.
- Build strong partnerships among CIO, Digital Platform and Digital Infrastructure teams.
- Represent the customer’s perspective and foster collaborative behaviors.
- Administer quarterly and sprint planning, establishing simple review routines.
- Coach infrastructure teams in lightweight agile adoption.
- Manage internal and external communication and feedback loops.
- Define and track metrics and KPIs in partnership with ITSM operations.
- Serve as the right‑hand to the Executive Director, Digital Infrastructure.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree and bring over ten years of experience in IT product management or infrastructure services, including five years of enterprise‑scale agile planning and execution. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, deep knowledge of Cloud, DevOps and Digital Workplace technologies, and agile or project‑management certifications.
