Support project mobilization and handover from tender by setting up digital monitoring structures, ensuring DMB alignment and compliance with Ramboll’s governance model
Be responsible for ensuring that all projects have a digital ambition, a developed action plan to achieve this ambition and implementation of the plan in all projects. This includes project management, design
Lead the implementation of digital project management practices across Transport Major Projects, ensuring consistent use of data-driven tools and methods.
Drive digital innovation in Spearhead projects, commencing at tender stage, to improve design delivery, agility and adaptability in our projects
Develop and maintain templates and Power BI dashboards for Delivery Model Baseline (DMB), KPI tracking, cost and progress monitoring, and Earned Value analysis
Capture and share lessons learned to improve project predictability, profitability, and efficiency across the Major Projects portfolio
strengthen digital maturity in project execution
Provide guidance and training to project managers, controllers, and design leads on digital best practices, standard tools, and reporting routines
Integrate project-control systems such as Maconomy, Power BI, ResPlan, and PI Tool into a single coherent data flow supporting transparency and governance.
Coordinate closely with Digital Delivery Managers and Design Managers to link design data with project management and financial information, enabling full traceability from design to execution.
Contribute to the continuous development of the Major Projects Handbook, particularly its Project

At least 5 years of experience in similar role, with a focus on digitalization and transport
You demonstrate a strategic mindset and the ability to translate digital opportunities into practical improvements.
You communicate fluently in English; additional languages (e.g., Finnish, Danish, German, Swedish) are considered an asset.
You are passionate about digital transformation in major infrastructure projects and enjoy connecting technology, design, and project management.
Proven track record in project management and delivery, with excellent organizational skills.
You hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s considered with strong experience).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
