The manager will define the roadmap for data and process initiatives, analyze end‑to‑end workflows to uncover improvement opportunities, and standardize master‑data models for suppliers, items, contracts and related attributes across the enterprise.
Leadership responsibilities include coaching a team of specialists, allocating resources, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables while establishing governance for critical procurement metrics and dashboards that provide executive‑level insights.
The role requires close partnership with regional and global procurement, category‑management and sourcing leaders, serving as the primary point of contact, driving workshops, steering meetings, and influencing adoption of standardized processes and tools.
- Define and own the roadmap for supply‑chain data and process transformation in procurement and sourcing.
- Analyze end‑to‑end processes to identify cost, speed, and compliance improvement opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists/analysts, managing resources and priorities.
- Establish and standardize master‑data models (supplier, item, contract) for global use.
- Design and implement Power BI/Excel dashboards delivering executive‑level analytics.
- Govern procurement metrics, setting cadence, definitions, and alignment with finance.
- Drive automation and centralization of reporting to ensure data integrity and auditability.
- Serve as primary liaison for global procurement, category, and sourcing leaders on data and reporting.
- Align transformation projects with business priorities and communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and steering meetings to harmonize processes and standards globally.
- Influence stakeholders to adopt standardized data definitions, processes, and tools.
- Oversee use of Excel, ERP, Power BI for scalable enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Lead advanced analytical initiatives such as spend segmentation and supplier consolidation.
- Sponsor automation and system‑integration efforts to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Champion digital innovation in master‑data management, including data‑quality rules and workflow automation.
