Tasks
-Assumer, tel qu’opportun, des mandats élargis : contribuer aux rapports ESG et à des initiatives connexes de développement durable; normaliser les processus de développement de projet; gérer l’infrastructure documentaire/TI (p. ex., SharePoint) et les systèmes techniques du bureau régional. -Lead the full development lifecycle across technical, design, financial, legal, and regulatory considerations, from site identification/acquisition and master planning through entitlements and preconstruction coordination. -Embed sustainability frameworks and ESG goals into the process, while adopting AI and new tools where they add efficiency and insight. -Take on expanded mandates as needed: lead sustainability reporting and ESG initiatives; standardize processes across projects; oversee document/IT infrastructure (e.g., SharePoint) and regional office systems. -Deliver well-structured documentation, including transparent decision records, governance reporting, and project updates for senior management and partners. -Produire une documentation claire et défendable : dossiers de décision, rapports de gouvernance et mises à jour de projet pour la haute direction et les partenaires. -Très organisé(e), analytique et orienté(e) vers les résultats -Balance creative direction with constructability, ensuring outcomes that are ambitious yet practical and buildable. -Integrate inputs from consultants, internal stakeholders, and governments into cohesive outcomes, applying a product design mindset that treats developments as lived environments.

What You Bring
-Able to manage multiple projects and timelines with accuracy and attention to detail -Obtention d’approbations (zonage, plans d’implantation, permis), leadership technique et ingénierie de la valeur en pré-construction -Strong presentation skills; creative problem-solving; sound financial acumen; governance-ready (public company standards) -Expérience : 8 ans ou plus en développement immobilier (commerce de détail et résidentiel/usages mixtes) -Capable de gérer plusieurs projets et échéanciers avec précision et souci du détail -Apte à se déplacer dans l’est du Canada selon les besoins -Education: Bachelor’s in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, Commerce, Law, or related; ESG/Project Management designations are assets. -Able to travel within Eastern Canada as required -Proven approvals (zoning, site plan, permits), technical leadership, and preconstruction value engineering -Intégrer les contributions des consultants, équipes internes et instances gouvernementales, avec une approche « produit » qui considère les projets comme des milieux de vie cohérents. -Conjuguer direction créative et constructibilité, pour des résultats ambitieux, mais pratiques et réalisables. -Experience: 8+ years in real estate development (retail and residential/mixed-use) -Esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités dans chaque projet -Baccalauréat en urbanisme, architecture, génie, finance, commerce, droit ou domaine connexe; désignations ESG/gestion de projet considérées comme un atout. -Intégrer des cadres de développement durable/ESG au processus et adopter l’IA et de nouveaux outils lorsqu’ils apportent efficience et clarté. -Excellente présentation/argumentaire d’affaires; créativité et résolution de problèmes; solide acuité financière; à l’aise avec les processus de gouvernance d’une société publique -Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to work cross-functionally -Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, avec la capacité de travailler en transversal -Highly organized, analytical, and results oriented -Diriger le cycle complet de développement sur les volets technique, conceptuel, financier, juridique et réglementaire, de l’identification/acquisition de sites et la planification d’ensemble jusqu’aux approbations et à la coordination de la pré-construction.
