What you would be doing

  • Participate in pre-bid and pre-construction conferences
  • Attend project meetings (OAC, trade partner meetings, RFI/Submittal, Schedule)
  • Provide assistance with day-to-day management and coordination of construction activities.
  • Participate in submittal and RFI process
  • Provide input on schedule and constructability issues
  • Assist in preparation of internal monthly project reports
  • Assist in preparation of bid packages for contractors and review pricing
  • Move about the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Review and redline selected plans and specifications
  • Assist in procurement of municipality approvals and permits
  • Participate in design and development meetings
  • Assist in coordination of power, phone, cable, and gas installation
  • Assist with formatting and processing change orders
  • Communicate and converse to exchange information
  • Partner with Superintendents on overall development schedules
