• Drive early careers recruitment and onboarding processes
• Champion diversity and inclusion across all early careers pathways.
• Support line managers with coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Design and deliver impactful learning and development programmes.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align initiatives with workforce planning.

Requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• 2 years minimum experience in an Early Careers Business Partner (or similar) role within a large business.
• Previously designed and delivered early careers programmes.
• Strong understanding of how to run effective, inclusive, and varied early careers programmes (ranging from level 3 apprenticeships, internships, summer placements, industrial placements, to graduate level).
• Knowledge of HR best practice and employment law regarding Early Careers.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable, but not essential
• Ability to thrive in complex, fast changing environments.
• Strong English and maths literacy.
