Description

The Plumbing Service Technician will be dispatched directly from home using a company work vehicle. Primary duties include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, installing and maintaining pipes and fixtures, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards, and clearly explaining problems and solutions to clients. Additional responsibilities involve completing detailed service reports, conducting safety and performance tests, communicating status updates to homeowners, handling payment collection, providing accurate information about each job, and maintaining truck inventory levels.
