The Learning and Development Coordinator leads the design, coordination, and delivery of employee learning initiatives, including SOP creation, compliance training, and professional development, while managing the LMS and partnering with internal and external resources to drive continuous improvement and workforce growth.

- Manage the Learning Management System and collaborate with internal and external training partners.
- Develop and implement training strategies to improve workforce performance and growth.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field, have at least two years of experience in instructional design or corporate training development, and possess strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training technologies, and excellent communication and project management skills.

- Minimum 2 years experience in instructional design or corporate training development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new software applications.
- Familiarity with LMS, CRM, ERP, order entry, and virtual training environments (plus).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, project management, and influencing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
