The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business within assigned commercial and multi-family verticals. This is a full-cycle hunting role focused on pipeline creation, consultative selling, and closing new monthly recurring revenue. You will engage key stakeholders, uncover technical and operational challenges, position Bresco solutions, and drive deals through a structured sales cycle.
Hit or exceed monthly quota for new MRR
Conduct discovery meetings and solution presentations
Create, customize, and present proposals for Bresco solutions
Partner with Sales Engineering and Operations to scope solutions
Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline and activity log
Experience in MSP, SaaS, or similar technical solution selling preferred
Success in this role requires discipline, resilience, and a strong ability to create conversations through outbound prospecting.
Minimum 3–5 years in a B2B sales role
CRM discipline (pipeline updates, notes, hygiene)
Ability to manage a full sales cycle with accuracy and ownership
Strong organization and time management

Clear written and verbal communication
Proven ability to execute outbound prospecting and create new opportunities
