Support event setup and coordination
Communicate with building management about facilities or service needs
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Order and replenish snacks and office supplies regularly
Work with the Office Manager to maintain a clean, professional, and fun office environment
Assist with ordering group lunches and set up for meetings and events
Schedule appointments and support basic administrative tasks as needed
