  • Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and procedures, ensuring the organization maintains pricing excellence.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the assigned markets and regions, staying updated on industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies and initiatives, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Determine appropriate price levels for products in the responsibility scope, negotiating as necessary based on customer feedback.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and leader on all pricing-related matters, providing guidance and insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Drive critical pricing decisions on high-value, strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Lead the analysis of pricing data, sales metrics, and competitive intelligence to inform data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to assess product profitability and implement price adjustments when needed.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling pricing reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to be viewed as a pricing expert.
  • 3+ years of pricing and/or experience in an equivalent analytical role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to work with large datasets and make data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Ability to consistently meet critical deadlines and deliver accurate results.
  • Bachelor of Science in a quantitative discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or other analytically rigorous field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Microsoft Power BI experience a plus.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts and influence stakeholders within the organization.
