Customer Service Officer (Heavy Lifting & Rigging)

Description

• Processing and data entry of customer orders, quotes, and handle end-to-end customer interactions
• Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders daily
• Provide product-based information and cross-selling where required
• Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
• Resolve sales enquiries within our branch or via phone and email

Requirements

• Comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word
• Previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service environment
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong time management skills with a solution focused approach to problem solving
• Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry advantageous
• Ability to work unsupervised in a small team
