Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs (including use of Microsoft Office Suite), skill in use of the internet to navigate to and use web based applications, and ability to use handheld electronic devices.
Possess hands on skills and knowledge to complete required repairs and maintenance on a variety of chiller manufacturers, cooling towers, pumps, motors using industry standard tools and in accordance with all codes, laws, and regulations
Possess knowledge of codes, laws, and regulations affecting commercial real estate operations with the ability to articulate any deficiencies and make recommendations to remedy such deficiencies
Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various chiller systems.
A valid driver's license
Possess Universal EPA Certification.
Successful completion of vocation degree program, apprenticeship, and/or comparable work experience
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs with a focus on hands-on chiller repair & maintenance
