Equipment Rental Data Entry and reporting
Compiling data for rental invoicing, billing, and records.
Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental processes.
Maintain the Yard job site files.
Assist Staff in processing monthly Yard Billings to the Jobsites.
Place and coordinate equipment orders and repairs.
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving.
Set up vendor accounts for the Yard and Jobsites as required.
Assist staff in maintaining the Yard Management Database.
Responsible for assisting with the management of equipment rentals.
Maintain Yard filing system.
Answer/direct incoming calls and take messages as necessary.
Track and maintain supplier records/requirements.
Manage insurance and project-specific documentation.
Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints,1 or other communications
Assist Project staff with accounting and maintenance of cost reports.

Previous equipment rental industry experience strongly preferred
3+ years of accounting or billing administrative experience preferably in the construction industry.
Must have excellent computer skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment, able to multitask, meet critical deadlines with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization.
