

HDR provides architecture, engineering, environmental, and construction services for infrastructure projects.
The Environmental/Civil Engineer role involves designing and planning civil work for environmental and solid waste infrastructure projects, preparing technical documents, cost estimates, and supervising staff. The position also offers opportunities to lead mid‑size projects as a Lead Engineer or Project Manager.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a related field, have at least six years of design experience, possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and be self‑motivated, collaborative, and committed to HDR’s employee‑owned culture.
